Just a superb experience in all respects.  The filet de b&oelig;uf was the best I have eaten in France.  It is said that the cassoulet is the also the best in France. The service was efficient and welcoming, the ambiance was very nice, and the price/value relationship was more than fair. Don&rsquo;t even think about it, just go.

We had 4 meals in Toulouse and of a party of 8 each one thought this one the most disappointing inspite of many good reviews. I had risotto and duck, which consisted of a very cheesy rather than creamy risotto with very few slices of duck thrown on top.This was not the case in other restaurants where the meat content was very generous. A few in the party had steak which they said was very fatty.,The restaurant was packed out and there was lityle french atmosphere- just a modern restaurant.

Absolutely adorable place with the kindest waiter and beautiful delicious French cuisine&hellip;. We loved everything about it and will return every time we go back to Toulouse!

cela fait des decenies que je connais ce restaurant, toujours d&#39;une grande qualit&eacute;, toujours constante. les serveurs changent, mais restent volontaires dans leur travail. ET, SURTOUT !!un grand merci aux hommes/Femmmes  de &quot;l&rsquo;hombre&quot;, que l&#39;on ne voit jamais parce qu&#39;ils se cachent en cuisine, qui enchantent nos assiettes servies.!!

The hotel is a very good restaurant, and the restaurant is a good restaurant. A great thankfulness to men/women of &quot;l&#39;homme&quot;, which you never see because they hide in the kitchen, who enchanted our served socks.!!
